Theme: "Environmentalprotection".
Theme of the lesson: “We are the World”
Aim:to generalize and systematize the lexical and grammar material on the theme"Environmental protection".
Type:узагальнюючий урок, урок комплексного використання знань умінь та навичок учнів.
Technologies:технологія розвивального навчання,розвитку критичного мислення, колективного способу навчання.
Objectives:
- to revise pupils and enrich pupil`s vocabulary on the topic;
-to develop pupil`s listening, speaking and reading skills;
- to provide pupils with speaking practice through making their own standpoints
based on self-experience.
-to increase pupil`s environmental education.
Equipment: a computer, posters,a screen, an MP-3 player, PowerPoint presentation of the lesson, atextbook by L.V.Kalinina, cards, TEACHER`S PACK(WORDS ON THE STREET).
Міжпредметні зв’язки: розширити знання з предмету біології: застерегти учнів від негативного впливу поганих та забрудненого повітря на здоров` я людини.(Інформація на постері)
Очікувані результати:
1.Наприкінці уроку учні приймуть за доцільне використовувати відео-уроки«WORD SON THE STREET» під час вивчення англійської мови та граматичного матеріалу.
2.Стануть в більшій мірі екологічно освіченими.
3.Зможуть правильно використовувати модальні слова в мовленні.
4.Отримають досвід роботи у групі під час підготовки до відповідей на уроці.
PROCEDURE
I.Introduction. Warm-up.
1.Музична заставка (звучитьпісня Майкла Джексона “We are the World”)
Teacher: Children, you’ve just listened to the song of Michael Jackson
“We are the World, we are the Earth.
We are the ones who make a brighter day.”
That is the theme of our lesson. We are concerned about the ecology today. There are some problems indeed. Today we’ll try to explain some problems of ecology and environment.
II.MAIN PART

You will seean ecological pictures of problems on it. Sound up the problems, please.

Teacher: So, at our lesson we are going to discuss one of the main problems of the time- the ecological problem, connecting with you, the world around you.
Teacher:Let’s train our ecological vocabulary.
